Manufacturing Release 200 Concentrate is Astec Corp's silicone-based release coating designed to help prevent foam, rubber and other materials from adhering to saw blades, cutting surfaces and processing equipment.

Designed for manufacturing operations where material buildup can interfere with cutting, processing and cleanup, Manufacturing Release 200 Concentrate provides a lubricious non-stick coating that helps reduce adhesion and makes equipment easier to clean. The product may be used as supplied or diluted with water for economical application.

Directions: Apply a uniform coating of Manufacturing Release 200 Concentrate to the surface using a clean cloth, sponge or suitable sprayer. Product may be used as supplied or diluted 1:1 with water (50% dilution) depending on the application. Allow the coating to dry on the surface. Repeat application if necessary for longer-lasting or enhanced effects.

Important: Wear appropriate protective gloves, protective clothing and eye/face protection. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Read the product label and Safety Data Sheet before use.
