RCHD is Astec Corp's heavy-duty citrus cleaner and degreaser formulated to remove stubborn dirt, oil, grease, tar, adhesives, carbon and other difficult industrial soils from machinery, equipment and washable surfaces.

Made with natural orange terpenes and a powerful solvent and surfactant cleaning system, RCHD provides strong penetration and grease-cutting performance while remaining completely water soluble and easy to rinse from cleaned surfaces. It can be used full strength for difficult cleaning or diluted substantially with water for routine maintenance and lighter-duty applications.

Directions: RCHD may be used full strength or diluted with water depending on the cleaning application. For general cleaning and degreasing, use full strength or dilute with up to 10 parts water. Apply by spraying, brushing or wiping, or immerse the part in solution. Scrub, wipe or immerse until clean, then rinse thoroughly with water and dry. For light-duty cleaning or degreasing, RCHD may be diluted with up to 40 parts water. Always test a small inconspicuous area first, particularly on painted or sensitive surfaces.

Important: Wear appropriate protective gloves, protective clothing and eye/face protection. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Read the product label and Safety Data Sheet before use. The SDS classifies RCHD with the signal word Warning and states that it causes eye irritation, may cause respiratory irritation, causes mild skin irritation and is harmful if swallowed.
